1:1 Cupping Sessions

A universal, ancient, and cross-cultural practice, Fire cupping uses fire, heat and glass or silicone cups. Rather than the pressure applied to the body during something like massage, the suction of cupping pulls gently to aid in the release of stiff muscles.

Our integrative cupping sessions also include the use of the moxa plant on acupressure points with the technique of Moxibustion. We engage the lymphatic system and strengthen the immune system with the ancient practice of Gua sha.

*** The 90-minute sessions include hand or foot reflexology.

60-min session $70+ 90-min session $100+

1:1 Virtual Sessions: Integration Between Visits

Sometimes, what arises in session continues to unfold long after you leave the table. These virtual sessions offer space to pause, reflect, and listen inward between visits.

Through a blend of intuitive channeling, Oracle or Tarot cards, and guided conversation, we’ll explore what’s present for you and how to integrate the physical, emotional, and energetic shifts that surface in your healing work. Each session offers gentle support for life’s transitions, questions, and in-between moments.

The Portal Session (Virtual) — 75 min | $125

Description of Services

  • Thai Bodywork is a sacred practice grounded in elemental theory, with roots in Buddhism and Ayurvedic wisdom.

You will remain fully clothed during an individually tailored, whole-body focused practice, combining acupressure massage with assisted yoga and stretching for a truly rejuvenating, restorative experience.

Note: Your session may include Thai Herbal Compress ($40) or Tok Sen ($30), as an add-on service.

  • A universal cultural practice, we use fire, heat and cups to assist in releasing muscles, addressing chronic pain, stiffness, and digestion. This can be a session on its own, or an addition to Integrative bodywork. Our sessions are combined with both Moxibustion and Gua sha.

You will be undressed from the waist up and draped on a massage table during cupping.

Note: Cupping should never be painful, but it involves suction, and some people may experience visible marks or mild skin sensitivity in the area after treatment.

  • Allow the subtle aromas of plants to fill your senses with wonder. Your body will soak up the warmth that these handmade compresses provide, loosening tightness, and allowing for effective release in conjunction with massage.

I use a variety of seasonal herbs, often a mixture of peppermint, lavender, mugwort, tulsi, turmeric, cardamom, and ginger.

Note: This is an add-on service ($40) to any 60, 90, or 120-minute Integrative session.

*** This service is not for those with allergies or sensitivities to plants or scents

  • Chisel away pain by utilizing this ancient Northern Thai massage technique. You will experience healing and rhythmic sound as the practitioner’s sacred tools tap deeper into your muscles and joints during bodywork sessions, also helping to unblock energy pathways in the body, restoring balance, and helping ease chronic stiffness and pain.

Note: This is an add-on service ($30) to any 60, 90, or 120-minute Integrative session.

  • Reiki works with the body’s natural healing abilities, elicited by deep relaxation.

You will remain fully clothed, seated or lying down, experiencing hands above or on your body. Wonderful as a complementary treatment for pre- and post-surgical care or when working through spiritual transitions, such as grief, loss, confusion, or as a complementary treatment for those in therapy or other kinds of deep internal processing work.

Note: Reiki is not a religion.

  • Experience the whole-body reset that you need. This powerful lineage practice was developed by Taoist sages over 3,000 years ago.

This work is for all bodies with a uterus, anyone who has experienced significant trauma, digestive issues, women’s issues such as menopause, fertility, or any person who feels called to this practice.

You will be partially draped and fully dressed to your comfort level with your abdomen exposed on a futon on the floor or a massage table.

***A Thai herbal compress is recommended as an add-on ($40) for a deeper experience.

Note: This practice is not to be used in place of, but in addition to Western treatments, such as therapy, or other care or internal processing work the client may be engaging with.

  • Strengthen your immune system with the ancient technique of Gua sha. You will feel deep release and a decrease in muscle tension as the practitioner uses a stone or stainless steel tool(s) to break up congestion in your muscles and fascia, aiding in reducing inflammation.

*** This practice is combined in both 60 and 90-minute sessions with Moxibustion and Fire cupping.

Note: May leave visible, painless markings on the body for up to seven days

  • Moxibustion uses the healing warmth of the Mugwort (Moxa) plant to gently stimulate the body’s energy pathways, easing stagnation, and inviting deeper flow.

The soothing heat supports circulation, eases pain, and helps restore balance during colder seasons internally or externally.

Note: This ancient practice is paired with Gua sha and Fire cupping in both 60 and 90-minute sessions.

***This practice is not for those with limited lung capacity, asthma, or anyone who doesn’t tolerate smoke.

“Rebecca has a deep understanding of how to help a client feel safe and comfortable. I am able to open up with her and have had some incredible ‘downloads’ that she helped to talk me through. I am forever grateful for her guidance.”

-Amber P.

“Having Rebecca’s hands do bodywork is a real honor. I was very impressed by the amount of tension I was able to release after even my very first session of Thai yoga bodywork and reiki.”
