Having Rebecca’s hands do bodywork is a real honor. Her strength, knowledge and experience come together to pinpoint the needs of each persons’ body. Her spiritual practice has helped her be in tune with listening to the individual body’s needs. And her variety of approaches allows her to create a personalized approach to your bodywork experience. I was very impressed by the amount of tension I was able to release after even my very first session of Thai Yoga Bodywork and Reiki. After receiving cupping, my sleeping improved significantly. I’ve had more and more improvements as my body wakes up/energy flows more freely with the work I’ve had done and I feel healthier being more in tune with my body’s needs. I plan on continuing my bodywork plan with Rebecca and highly recommend an introductory session with her for everyone.
